Blessed Isidore de Loor (1†1916) was a Belgian Passionist lay brother known as the "Brother of the Will of God." The eldest of three children in a devout farming family, he joined the Passionists in 1907, taking vows in 1908 as Isidore of Saint Joseph. Serving humbly as a gardener and cook, he lived a life of intense prayer and penance despite losing an eye to a tumor in 1911. Diagnosed with cancer, he endured suffering with serenity, dying at 35 in Kortrijk. He was beatified by Pope John Paul II on 30 September 1984, his feast day is October 6.

Round glass-fronted white-metal reliquary theca housing the first-class ex ossibus (of the bone) relic of Blessed Isidore de Loor. The relic is affixed to a red silk ground surrounded by silver wire ornamentation and identified in Latin on a typeset cedula label as B. Isidori De Loor (Blessed Isidore de Loor). On the back, under the protective cap, the theca is secured with a seal of red Spanish wax bearing an imprint of a coat of arms of the Passionist Order. The relic is accompanied by the original matching authentics document issued on 30 September 1984 (the very day of his beatification) by the Postulator General of the Order responsible for the cause of beatification and canonization.
