Small oval glass-fronted silver reliquary theca affixed inside of a larger bronze theca with Papal implements housing the first-class pre-canonization relic of Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque. The relic is affixed to a red silk ground and identified in Latin on a manuscript cedula label as Bte. M. M. Alacoque(the Blessed Margaret Mary Alacoque). The relic is accompanied by an original early matching authentics document issued and signed in 1865 by a Chaplain of the Visitation Monastery in Paray-le-Monial, France where the incorrupt relics of Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque are kept.
Translation of the authentics document from French:
I, the undersigned, Chaplain of the Monastery of the Visitation of Saint Mary, in Paray-le-Monial, where the sacred body of the Blessed Marguerite-Marie Alacoque, Virgin, rests professed of this Monastery by virtue of the special permission granted to me by Monsignor the Bishop of Autun, Chalon and Macon, certify and attest that I deposited and enshrined with respect the authentic particles of the ashes of Blessed Marguerite-Marie above named in a medarbon in oval-shaped silver, which has been duly adorned, closed with cords of red silk and sealed with the seal of the aforesaid Monastery in red Spanish wax. And in faith of this I have delivered these Testimonial Letters to be presented to the Ordinaries, and I have signed them and sealed with the aforementioned seal.

Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque, V.H.M. (French: Marguerite-Marie Alacoque) (†1690), was a French Roman Catholic nun and mystic, who promoted devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus in its modern form. Mariologists refer to Saint Marguerite Marie Alacoque as "living proof how Marian devotion is linked to 'Christology'" and the adoration of Jesus Christ. She was canonized by Pope Benedict XV in 1920, and her Feast is celebrated on October 16. She is a Holy Patron of those suffering with polio, devotees of the Sacred Heart, and for the loss of parents. Her incorrupt body rests above the side altar in the Chapel of the Apparitions, located at the Visitation Monastery in Paray-le-Monial, France, and many striking blessings have been claimed by pilgrims attracted there from all parts of the world.
