- The first-class (of the bone) of Saint Rosalia, Virgin
- The first-class (of the bone) of Saint Stephan, the Protomartyr
- The second-class (of the clothing) of Saint Vincent de Paul
- The first-class (of the bone) of Saint Ursula, Virgin Martyr
- The first-class (of the bone) of Saint Agnes, Virgin Martyr
- The first-class (of the bone) of Saint Francis of Paula
- The second-class (of the clothing) of Saint John Bosco
- The second-class (of the clothing) of Saint Octavian of Carthage
- The first-class (of the bone) of Saint Cecilia, Virgin Martyr

The relics are arranged vertically on the central axis of the frame, surrounded by gilt paperolle ornamentation and identified on typeset cedulae labels. On the back, the reliquary is secured by two crisscrossed silk ribbons held in place by six seals of red Spanish wax, each with an imprint of a coat of arms of a Roman Catholic cardinal Maurilio Fossati (†1965), the Archbishop of Turin (1930-1965).
