The 17th-century brass-fronted wooden reliquary cross in the shape of the Vera Cruz de Caravaca housing relics on unidentified saints. The brass front panel, engraved with IHS, MR, and AÑA as well as other Christian imagery, is held by a hinge and locked by two metal hooks. It opens to a reliquary compartment with partially preserved relic cavities.
One of the upper arms of the wooden cross is broken off and missing.
