Oval gold glass-fronted reliquary theca, containing first-class ex tela unbuta sanguis (ex gauze soaked in blood) relic of Saint Philip Neri, the Apostle of Rome. The relic is affixed to a twelve-ray paper star on a red silk background and is titled on a fancy cut paper cedula as S. Philippi Ner. The back of the theca is secured by a perfectly preserved seal of red Spanish wax with a depiction of St. Hubertus.
