Oval silver crystal-fronted reliquary decorated on the outside with twisted wire housing rarely seen Passion relic of the Holy Rope of Jesus Christ. The relics are surrounded by paperole ornamentation and identified on a manuscript cedula label as De Fune D.N.J.C. The theca is protected on the back with a perfectly preserved seal of Cardinal Giovanni Lercari (†1802), Archbishop of Genova (1767–1802).
