St. Carlo Acutis (1991 – 2006) was an English-born Italian Catholic website designer best known for documenting Eucharistic miracles and approved Marian apparitions. He cataloged them on a website he created before his death from leukemia. Carlo was noted for his cheerfulness, computer skills, and deep devotion to the Eucharist, which became a core theme of his life. He was beatified by Pope Francis on 10 October 2020, two days before the 14th anniversary of his death. On 20 November 2024, it was announced that Acutis would be canonized during the Jubilee of Teenagers on Sunday, 27 April.

The relic is affixed to a ground of red silk and identified in Latin on a bi-color typeset cedula label as Ex Indumentis Caroli Acutis (Of the clothing of Carlo Acutis). The reliquary is housed in its original plastic sleeve, with a seal of the Postulator General for the cause of Carlo Acutis' canonization and a color photograph of the Saint.
