1985 documented theca with relic of Blessed Pius Campidelli of Saint Aloysius C.P.

Round yellow-metal glass-fronted reliquary theca housing the first-class ex ossibus (of the bone) relic of Blessed Pius of Saint Aloysius. The relic is affixed to a red silk ground surrounded by silver wire ornamentation and identified in Latin on a typeset cedula label as B. Pii Campidelli (Blessed Pius Campidelli). On the back, under a protective cap, the theca is secured with a seal of red Spanish wax bearing an imprint of a coat of arms of the Congregation of the Passion of Jesus Christ (commonly known as the Passionists). The reliquary is accompanied by the original matching authentics document issued by the Postulator General of the Order on 17th of November, 1985 (the very day of his beatification).

Blessed Pius of Saint Aloysius (born Luigi Campidelli)(†1889) was an Italian Roman Catholic professed cleric from the Passionists. He died before he could receive his ordination to the priesthood, but in his short life, he managed to captivate people around him with his strong dedication to his order's charism and deep faith. Pope John Paul II beatified him on 17 November 1985.
