Round hallmarked silver theca decorated on the outside with filligree petals and housing relic of Saint Anne, Mother of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The relic is affixed to the background of red silk and identified as S. Annae Matr.. Under protective cap the theca is sealed by the red wax seal with a coat of arms of cardinal Petrus Canisius Van Lierde, O.S.A. ( 1991) , the Vicar General of the Vatican (1951 – 1991) and marked with 1954 date.
