Oval silver glass fronted theca housing substantial first class ex ossibus relic of St. Anne, Mother of the Virgin Mary. The relic is affixed to a multi-color silk background, surrounded by golden paperolle and titled on a paper cedula label as S. Annae m. BVM (Saint Anne, Mother of the Blessed Virgin Mary.). On the back, the theca is secured by a seal of red wax with imprint of a coat of arms of Cardinal Francesco Burghesi (†1759), Titular Bishop of the Basilica Santa Maria de Traveste. The theca is accompanied by the original matching document issued and hand signed by Monsignor Burghesi in 1745,
