This unique icon in the upper part has an inserted enameled brass triptych depicting St. Nicholas with Orthodox Feasts and, in the lower part, images of two family saints: St. Alexius of Moscow and St. Martyr Anne. The icon is covered by a brass oklad revetment cover with separately applied halos.
