1764 Vatican documented reliquary theca with relic of St. Francis de Sales, CO OM OFM Cap.

Oval crystal-fronted silvered brass pendant reliquary theca housing a relic of Saint Francis de Sales. A significant relic is affixed to a silk ground surrounded by gilt paperolle ornamentation and identified in Latin on a manuscript cedula label as S. Franci. Saleaii C. (Saint Francis de Sales, Confessor).  On the back, the theca is secured with a seal of red Spanish wax bearing an imprint of a coat of arms of Patriarch Domenico Giordani (†1781), Titular Archbishop of Nicomedia, Titular Patriarch of Antiochia (1766-1781), and Vicegerent of Rome, Italy (1759-1773). The relic is accompanied by the original matching authentics document issued and sealed by the order of Patriarch Giordani in 1764.

Saint Francis de Sales, CO OM OFM Cap. (French: François de Sales; †1622) was a Bishop of Geneva and is honored as a saint in the Roman Catholic Church. He became noted for his deep faith and his gentle approach to the religious divisions in his land resulting from the Protestant Reformation. Along with St. Jane Frances de Chantal, Sales founded the women's Order of the Visitation of Holy Mary (Visitandines) in 1610. Francis de Sales was beatified in 1661 by Pope Alexander VII, who then canonized him four years later. He was declared a Doctor of the Church by Pope Pius IX in 1877. He is a patron saint of confessors; deaf people; educators; writers; journalists; Oblates of St. Francis de Sales; and Salesians of Don Bosco.
