Russian Icon - Saint Germogen (Hermogenes), the Patriarch of All Russia

Saint Hermogenes, or Germogen (†1612) was the Patriarch of Moscow and all Russia who inspired the popular uprising that put an end to the Time of Troubles and was canonized by the Russian Orthodox Church in 1913. The icon was probably painted at the time of his canonization.
