A rectangular hand-painted velvet-backed finift porcelain icon in its original brass frame depicting the St. Venerable Sergius of Radonezh and His Parents. Some damage to the frame, otherwise very good original condition. 

Venerable Sergius of Radonezh, was a spiritual leader and monastic reformer of medieval Russia. He is a founder of Sergiev-Troitsky Monastery, and with Venerable Seraphim of Sarov, he is one of the Russian Orthodox Church's most highly venerated saints.
