1988 Documented reliquary theca with relic of St. Vincent Pallotti, Founder of Society of the Catholic Apostolate

A small white-metal glass-fronted clamshell reliquary theca housing the first-class ex corpore (of the body) relic of Saint Vincent Pallotti The relic is affixed to a red silk ground and identified in Latin on typeset cedula label as S. Vin. Pallotti (Saint Vincent Pallotti). On the back, under a protective cap, the theca is secured with a seal of red Spanish wax bearing an imprint of a coat of arms of the Catholic Apostolate. The relic is accompanied by the original matching authentics document issued and sealed in 1988 by the Postulator General of the Order responsible for the Causes of Canonization. 

Saint Vincent Pallotti, SAC (†1850) was an Italian Catholic cleric and the founder of the Society of the Catholic Apostolate (SAC), later known as the Pious Society of Missions (the Pallottines). The original name was restored in 1947. He is buried in the Church of San Salvatore in Onda. He is considered the forerunner of Catholic Action. He was canonized on 20 January 1963 by Pope John XXIII and his Feast Day is commemorated on 22 January.
