Mid -18th century oval silver theca housing unusually large relics of the True Cross of Jesus Christ. The relics are arranged in cruciform shape, affixed to a background of red silk . The back of the theca, under a silver cap, secured by a perfectly preserved seal of red Spanish wax with a coat of arms of Italian Archbishop.
