2001 Documented reliquary theca with relic of St. Manuel González García, the Bishop of the Tabernacle

Round yellow-metal glass-fronted reliquary theca housing a first-class Ex ossibus (of the bone) pre-canonization relic of the Saint Manuel González García. The relic is affixed to a red silk ground and identified in Spanish on a typeset cedula label as Hueso // Bto. Manuel Golnzález (of the bone of the Blessed Manuel González).  On the back, under a protective cap, the theca is secured with a seal of red Spanish wax bearing an imprint of a coat of arms of the Order of Augustinian Recollects. The relic is accompanied by the original matching authentics document issued and sealed on 29 April 2001 (the very day of his beatification) by the Postulator General of the Order responsible for the Causes of Canonization.

Saint Manuel González García (†1940) was a Spanish bishop of the Roman Catholic Church who served as the Bishop of Palencia from 1935 until his death. He was also the founder of the Eucharistic Missionaries of Nazareth, the Disciples of Saint John, and the Children of Reparation. He was known for his strong devotion to the Eucharist and became known as the "Bishop of the Tabernacle." Pope John Paul II beatified him on 29 April 2001 and Pope Francis canonized him as a saint on 16 October 2016. He is the patron of all his religious orders and of the Diocese of Palencia where he served as a bishop. His feast day is celebrated on 4 January.
